If you plan to spend the day on the sand and the evening on the boardwalk, this is the room that makes sense. Two queen beds, a small table to sit at, a refrigerator and microwave for cold drinks and morning coffee, and nothing you are paying for and not using.

It is our most affordable room and it is still fifty steps from the beach. Guests who take it tend to take it every year.
