Policies
Short, and written the way we would say them at the desk. If something here is not clear, call and ask — that is faster than reading a page of small print.
Check-in and check-out

- The office is staffed daily through the season. If you are arriving late, call ahead on 609-522-1234 and we will make arrangements.
Deposits and cancellation
- A deposit is taken at the time of booking through our reservation system.

- Bookings are handled by WebRez. Payment is never taken on this website.
Smoke-free
- The Matador is entirely smoke-free — every room, every balcony, every deck.
- This includes vaping. A cleaning charge applies to rooms that are smoked in.
Pets

Parking
- One free parking space per unit, on the property.
- Additional vehicles cannot always be accommodated in peak weeks. Ask when you book.
Pool and decks
- The heated pool and the wading pool are open through the season, weather permitting.
- The spa tub is adults only.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The season
- The Matador is open May through October.
- We are closed for the winter. Reservations for the following season open through our booking system.
