A heated pool and a wading pool
The big pool is heated from opening weekend. The wading pool beside it is shallow enough for a toddler, and there is an adults-only spa tub for after the children have gone up.

What's here
No spa, no restaurant, no bar with umbrella drinks. What we have instead is the infrastructure a family actually uses over a week: a heated pool, somewhere to cook, somewhere to do laundry, and a lift so nobody carries a cooler up four flights.
Two oceanfront sundecks
One on the lower level looking straight down the boardwalk, one on the fourth floor with the wider view. Both have loungers, umbrellas and somewhere to put a drink.
Three gas barbecues, free to use
Cook dinner on the deck while the children are still in the pool. This is why the kitchenettes matter — most guests eat in at least half the week.
