A heated pool and a wading pool
The big pool is heated from opening weekend. The wading pool beside it is shallow enough for a toddler, and there is an adults-only spa tub for after the children have gone up.
No spa, no restaurant, no bar with umbrella drinks. What we have instead is the infrastructure a family actually uses over a week: a heated pool, somewhere to cook, somewhere to do laundry, and a lift so nobody carries a cooler up four flights.

One on the lower level looking straight down the boardwalk, one on the fourth floor with the wider view. Both have loungers, umbrellas and somewhere to put a drink.
Cook dinner on the deck while the children are still in the pool. This is why the kitchenettes matter — most guests eat in at least half the week.
Nothing here is an upsell. If it is on this list it comes with the room.
A function room on the property for parties, family reunions and business meetings — with a new kitchen, commercial refrigeration and a 60-inch flat screen with a soundbar.
Families have been holding reunions here for years: book a block of rooms upstairs, put the food downstairs, and nobody has to drive anywhere. Ask us about it when you book, or call 609-522-1234.
